All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped either via email or SMS depending on the contact information you have provided. A tracking number will be provided on this notification where it will provide you a link to the Auspost website to track your order live.
The Disc Connection team will contact you via the details you have provided if for any reason there may be delays in processing your order.
Australia Post has unofficially advised us that due to COVID-19 shipping timeframes may go outside of the recommended delivery time frames stated below for individual states of Australia recently experiencing or current lockdowns. Current lockdown timeframes as per Australia Post website is provided below:
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on the physical weight and occasionally cubic size for larger orders. These charges will be automatically calculated and displayed on checkout.
Orders over $250 that do not include a bag come with free standard shipping.

Local delivery
Orders over $250 Perth metro area – North of the river will have their orders hand delivered.
Although Disc Connection does not officially offer local delivery on orders under $250 we do however provide delivery at disc golf tournaments or events which we will be attending and also offer delivery to local disc golf courses that we attend. Choosing local pickup will allow us to contact you and arrange for the possibility of local delivery options if available.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 69 Bushland Retreat Carramar 6031. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for standard pick up hours on Fridays between 2-6pm. Happy to provide a time outside of this allocation, please contact Disc Connection to arrange as per hours below.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Disc Connection is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@discconnection.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Disc Connection allow shipping to P.O Boxes within Australia and New Zealand. Please provide all correct information for the P.O Box to allow for correct delivery of your order.
